What is Atlee Cosmetics’ Cancellation Policy?
If you wish to cancel your order within 30 days, NO QUESTIONS WILL BE ASKED. You must notify Atlee Cosmetics immediately if you decide to cancel your order. Preferably, contact us via the Live Chat support on our Website or send an email to hi@atleecosmetic.com with your order number.
Atlee Cosmetics may cancel an order if the product is unavailable for any reason. In such a case, Atlee Cosmetics will notify you and refund any payment you have made.
If the cancellation is made within the specified time frame and is accepted by Atlee Cosmetics, we will refund or re-credit your debit/credit card or net banking account with the full amount within 7 days.
CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE POLICY
- No refunds or exchanges will be offered for products where tags and/or seals have been removed, or if the items have been worn, used, or washed.
- No refunds or exchanges will be offered for hosiery products.
No refunds or exchanges will be offered on garments where the packaging has been damaged (excluding hangers and bags), such as boxes.
